Payment Policy

This policy explains how payments work at Loreya Label, which methods we accept, and what happens if something goes wrong with a payment.

Payment Methods We Accept

You can pay with:

  • Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and the other card brands shown at checkout
  • Apple Pay (on supported Apple devices)

The full list of methods available to you is displayed at checkout before you pay. If a method is not shown at checkout, we cannot accept it.

Currency and Prices

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the full amount you pay. UK delivery is free on every order, and your total is shown in full before you confirm the order.

When We Take Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you in full.

Payment Security

Payments are processed by our payment providers over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number, and no card details are held on our systems.

Failed or Declined Payments

If a payment is declined, your order is not placed and no money leaves your account. A pending authorisation may appear on your statement for a short time and will drop off on its own. The usual causes are an incorrect billing address, insufficient funds, or your bank's fraud check. Contact your bank first, then us if it persists.

Pricing Errors

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we will contact you before dispatch. You may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

Refunds are always issued to the original payment method. See our Return and Refund Policy for timings.
