About This Policy
Loreya Label is an online womenswear shop based in the United Kingdom. This policy sets out what personal data we collect when you visit loreyalabel.com, place an order or get in touch, why we need it, who sees it and the choices you have.

Loreya Label is a trading name of RAS COMMERCE GROUP LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17127042). RAS COMMERCE GROUP LTD decides how your personal data is used and is the data controller for it.

The Personal Data We Hold

  • Order and contact details: your name, billing and delivery addresses, email address, phone number, and what you order from us.
  • Payment details: card and wallet payments are handled on our payment providers' own secure systems. Your full card number is never seen or stored by us.
  • Messages: anything you send by email, phone or our contact form, including details of returns, refunds and delivery problems.
  • Device and browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, the pages you open and how you use the site, gathered through cookies and similar tools.

We need your name, delivery address, email address and payment to accept and deliver an order; without them we cannot take it. We also receive some information about you from others: payment status from payment providers, delivery updates from couriers and fraud checks from Shopify.

What We Use It For, and Our Legal Basis

  • Your order: taking payment, packing and delivering it, sending confirmations and delivery updates, and handling returns, exchanges and refunds. We need this to carry out our contract with you.
  • Customer service: answering questions and fixing problems, under our contract with you or our legitimate interest in looking after customers.
  • A safe, working website: keeping the site secure, understanding how it is used so we can improve it, and spotting and preventing fraud. These are our legitimate interests.
  • Legal duties: keeping tax, accounting and other records the law requires. This is a legal obligation.
  • Marketing: news and offers by email only if you have agreed to receive them. You can withdraw that consent at any time with the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to us.

Cookies
Some cookies are essential: they keep your basket and checkout working. With your consent we also use analytics and advertising cookies and similar tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads and a conversion-tracking service, to measure visits, see which adverts work and show you relevant adverts on other sites. If you agree, details such as your device, the pages you view and your purchases may be shared with those advertising platforms. You can accept or decline these cookies in our cookie banner, and you can clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. Blocking cookies can stop parts of the site from working properly.

Who We Share It With
Each organisation receives only what it needs to do its part:

  • Shopify, the platform that hosts our shop and processes orders
  • payment providers, to take payments and send refunds
  • couriers and delivery companies, to bring your parcel to you
  • fraud-checking, analytics and IT service providers
  • advertising platforms such as Google, only when you have agreed to advertising cookies
  • professional advisers, and public authorities where the law requires it

We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.

Data Processed Outside the UK
Some of these providers store or process data outside the United Kingdom. Whenever that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU standard contractual clauses.

How Long We Keep It
Order and payment records are kept for six years, as UK tax and accounting rules require. Customer service messages are kept while we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up. Marketing details are kept until you unsubscribe. When data is no longer needed it is deleted or made anonymous.

Keeping It Secure
We protect your data with secure hosting, encrypted connections and payments, access limited to the people who need it, and regular reviews of how data is handled on the site. No online service can be completely risk-free, but we take real care with everything you share with us.

Your Rights
Under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can ask us to:

  • give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
  • delete your data when we no longer have a reason to keep it
  • limit how we use it, or object to a particular use
  • send your data to you or to another organisation in a portable format
  • stop using it for marketing, or withdraw a consent you have given

We do not make decisions about you based only on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.

To use any of these rights, email support@loreyalabel.com. We reply within one month. If you have a concern about how we use your data, please tell us first: we acknowledge complaints within 30 days and look into every one. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Children
Our shop is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16.

Links to other websites are there for your convenience. Those sites follow their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

We review this policy from time to time, for example when the law or the way we work changes. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
