Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where there is a pricing or description error, or where payment cannot be authorised. If we decline an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is free on UK orders; any charge for a particular method is shown at checkout before you pay. Accepted payment methods are listed in our Payment Policy.

Products and images

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are representative; colours vary slightly between screens and measurements can differ marginally between individual garments.

Your right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return the goods within a further 14 days. Our own returns policy gives you longer — 30 days.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site unlawfully, to attempt unauthorised access, to introduce malicious code, or to extract its content by automated means without our permission.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, graphics and layout of this website belong to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather, industrial action, courier failure or interruption of utilities.

Complaints

Email us with your order number and we will look into it and respond within five working days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
